Welcome to WesternCoaches.net

Welcome to WesternCoaches.net, the Internet home of Western Seminary's unique Coach Training program.

What is Coaching?

Coaching is a unique concept designed for proactive change; it stems from our understanding of the common barriers that impede our progress toward our God-given potential. Coaches understand and employ strategic communication, helping their clients work through roadblocks - quickly and pragmatically - on the road to personal success and goal fulfillment. Coaching will energize a process of effective discipleship in a ministry context. Western Seminary now offers coaching courses, taught by world-class instructors, that set the stage for practice and coaching certification.
